We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injuries, orthopedic procedures, sports-related conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
Position Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and monitoring progress throughout the rehabilitation process. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to a positive and team-oriented clinical culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Identify when additional medical consultation or specialty care may be appropriate
- Promote positive patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment approaches
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Preferred
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal care
- Experience working with active adults and athletic populations
