Patient Care Tech (PCT) Medical Surgical

Work location: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033
Work hours: Full Time Days (7:00am – 7:00pm)
- Variable three 12-hour day shifts per week for 36 hours/week; rotating weekends and holiday requirements.
- Six weekend shifts are required for a 6-week schedule period.
- 30 Beds Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit
- PCT ratio 1:10 or 1:15
- Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
- The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs
- Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth.
- Will float as needed between Medical Surgical and Surgical Inpatient units.
