Baylor University Medical Center -  - Responsibilities:
Collect and record patient data, reporting information and observations to nursing personnel in a timely fashion;
Obtain and record patient vital signs, height, weight, nutritional intake and output and perform blood glucose monitoring via finger-stick samples;
Assist patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, eating, continence, transferring) and changing linens;
Answer and respond to patient call lights and requests in a timely manner;
Maintain unit records, files and documents related to patient care and unit management
