ASC Administrator

JOB TITLE: Administrator

LOCATION: Frisco, Texas (5450 PGA Parkway)

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced ASC Administrator to lead the establishment of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully opening and managing surgery centers, with a strong preference for experience in ophthalmology, cornea, and glaucoma procedures.

REPORTING: Regional Vice President

• Oversee the planning, development, and opening of the new surgery center.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation requirements.
• Develop operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency and patient safety.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with medical staff to establish protocols for cardiology and vascular procedures.
• Implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and vendors.

• Proven experience as an ASC Administrator, particularly in opening new centers.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology and vascular procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with state regulations and accreditation standards in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required with a minimum of four years supervisory/management experience.
