Serve as the face of the hotel to guests entering and departing;
Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, maintaining guest records, cash handling, and monitoring guest satisfaction;
Promote company programs and resolve guest issues;
Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service (food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup);
