To service vacant or occupied guest rooms in accordance with Omni Standards.

Housekeeping Supervisor

• Responds to all guest requests appropriately
• Depending upon the volume, is responsible for servicing an assigned number of guest rooms
• Keeps the supply cart neat and organized at all times
• Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order
• Removes room service tables and trays from guest rooms
• Return all items left behind by guest to Lost Prevention on the same day

• After 2 weeks of training, Room Attendant must be able to finish 16 credits on an 8‑hour shift
• After 60 days, GRA accuracy must be 90% out of the checklist
• After 90 days, GRA must be able to maintain 95% accuracy and speed of 16 credits in an 8‑hour shift
• Overtime is not permitted unless authorized by a Manager
