JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for revenue generation in multiple Food & Beverage venue locations, overseeing stock inventory, leading and overseeing the training of Team Members, ensuring Guest service standards are met and operational readiness of indoor and open‑air locations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Assists Management with consistent execution of Guest Service and operational standards. Performs all operational duties related to the daily opening and closing of locations, including inventory, performing audits, and completing the end‑of‑day process.
- Ensures the safety of Guests and Team Members by reviewing and revising safety practices, responding to unsafe conditions, and using feedback forms to document safe actions in accordance with UDX policy.
- Develops, coaches and trains all Food & Beverage Team Leads and Team Members; manages labor budgets, creates venue schedules for Assistant Manager approval, monitors overtime and training projections, and mitigates overtime by adjusting staffing.
- Responds to reports including Guest comments and incident reports; analyzes and takes action to improve operations.
- Focuses on Guest and Team Member satisfaction, ensuring each member meets UDX service standards, maintains a safe and pleasant environment, and follows TSAT and GSAT initiatives.
- Maintains positive relationships with other departments, ensuring departmental goals and company standards are met; ensures venues are “Show Ready.”
- Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities following UDX policy and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supervises a Non‑Exempt team.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and applicable laws.
- May cover multiple venues depending on scheduling and business needs; manages daily labor budgets and is responsible for safe, efficient, friendly operation and safety of Team Members.

- Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
- Certified Professional Foods Manager (CPFM) certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of leadership experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
