Salary: $17.20 per hour

Responsibilities

Oversee front desk operations and act as the go‑to problem solver for guests and teammates.
Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm.
Support and train new front desk team members.
Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining a lobby that is guest‑ready.

Qualifications

Customer service experience and strong people skills.
Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Tech‑savvy and able to use hotel systems confidently.
Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
