GroupReservations Coordinator
Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Revenue Team at Hyatt Regency Frisco‑Dallas.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the reservations, room blocks and contracts for large groups according to hotel and company guidelines.
- Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in system, processing all group reservation requests, changes and cancellations received.
- Enter and/or modify group block in system to ensure inventory, stay dates, cancellation policy, deposit requirements and booking procedures are reflected correctly.
- Create and update group block notes to provide relevant data pertaining to all group reservations, and coordinate with other departments as needed to provide group reservation information and group needs.
- Work with Revenue Manager and other departments, checking room and room‑type availability, to maximize room sales, yield and average room rate through upselling and other inventory and rate management initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with all sources of bookings and work closely with the Front Office, Sales & Marketing Department as well as the Revenue Manager in maintaining and developing these relationships.
- Control rates in general, low yield rooms allocations, free‑sell updates, complimentary rooms and upgrading, entry of group rooms bookings and timely wash.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to running daily reports to monitor accurate records for daily arrivals, cancellations, no‑shows, etc.

- General knowledge of rooms merchandising and yield management processes is a plus
- Experience with Excel and PMS systems is ideal
- Schedule is typically Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm
