Omni PGA Frisco Golf Club is located just steps from the PGA of America headquarters. Omni PGA Frisco Resort is a dynamic destination for golf lovers of all ages and skill levels. The resort houses two 18‑hole championship courses—Fields Ranch East, designed by Gil Hanse, and Fields Ranch West, designed by Beau Welling—as well as a 10‑hole par‑3 light‑ed short course called The Swing and a 2‑acre putting course and entertainment space called The Dance Floor.

Fields Ranch East has been selected to host some of the sport's most celebrated tournaments, including the Kitchen Aid Senior PGA Championship in 2023 and 2030, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in 2025 and 2032, and the PGA Championship in 2027 and 2034, cementing Omni PGA Frisco Resort Spa’s place among the top golf destinations in the country.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest enthusiastically and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression that reflects the hospitality standards of Omni Hotels and the resort.
  • Assign and delegate daily responsibilities to the Player Services Team (bag drop, bag room, practice range, cart staging) to position the team for operational success.
  • Monitor and uphold daily service standards for the Player Services Team, providing guidance and accountability as needed.
  • Take initiative and leadership in daily tasks to ensure guests have an exceptional and memorable golf experience.
  • Maintain constant and professional communication with the Golf Professional Supervisor, reporting team needs, operational challenges, and opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between the Golf Staff and the Player Services Team, ensuring information is accurately relayed and executed.
  • Oversee all operations at the Bag Drop Podium, ensuring smooth guest flow, proper club handling, and consistent service delivery.
  • Perform a variety of operational duties within the bag room, including meticulous club cleaning, proper tagging, and safely transferring guest clubs to designated locations throughout the facility.
  • Clean, stage, and prepare golf carts to ensure they are fully stocked, presentable, and ready for guest use at all times.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of outside services for golf tournaments and special events, ensuring seamless logistics and guest flow.
  • Actively participate in daily stand‑up communication meetings to stay informed of course activity, tournament schedules, special guest requests, and operational priorities.
  • Proactively and effectively address guest opportunities and service needs, resolving concerns promptly while always ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional personal appearance and workspace presentation in accordance with Omni Hotels’ grooming and operational standards.
  • Safeguard all resort and guest assets, with special attention to the security and proper handling of guest golf clubs, rental equipment, and facility property.
  • Provide ongoing detailing, cleanliness, and maintenance of golf course equipment and facilities, including golf carts, workstations, practice range areas, and trash receptacles.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness within the cart barn, ensuring efficient workflow and equipment accessibility.
  • Ensure clubhouse front drive, entrance, and surrounding areas remain clean, orderly, and guest‑ready throughout the day.
  • Represent the resort in a professional, courteous, and service‑oriented manner in all interactions with guests and team members.
  • Complete and maintain the daily updates sheet, accurately documenting daily activities, issues, and operational notes.
  • Manage and oversee the weekly tip distribution process for the Player Services Team with accuracy, fairness, and discretion.
Qualifications
  • Familiar with playing golf and a working knowledge of the game.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to safely operate golf carts.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
