Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a five‑star welcome and departure experience for guests. You will serve as an ambassador, provide information about the resort and local area, and promote upscale amenities and services during the stay.
You will process check-ins/outs, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams to ensure seamless experiences. Prior front desk or cashiering experience is preferred.
