Golf Membership Concierge

Omni PGA Frisco Resort, located near the PGA of America headquarters, offers a dynamic golf experience. As a Membership Concierge at Club 1916, you will manage member accounts, deliver exceptional service, and support the membership team.

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the clubhouse
• Coordinate reservations for tee times, dining, and Omni Hotels & Resort stays for Club 1916 members
• Deliver a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences
• Handle incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintain effective communication between members and Employee Partners
• Assume accountability for timely completion of projects as requested
• Attend all relevant meetings
• Promote and encourage member name recognition at all times
• Maintain knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns
• Assist management with administration of company policies and procedures
• Support the Membership team and club management in planning and executing member events

• Minimum one year of administrative experience
• Experience in a club, membership‑based environment, or hospitality preferred
• Proficiency in computers, Excel, and Word

• Ability to sit and use telephone/computer for extended periods
• Ability to walk and stand on feet for extended periods

• Clubhouse environment with frequent travel around the property

• Computer, copy, print, scan files
• Microsoft Office, Resort Suite, Club Essential, Birchstreet
