Greet and assist guests as the friendly face of the hotel, ensuring positive experiences for guests and team members.;
Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.;
Assist with breakfast service and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback, which may include food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup.;
Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.;
Deliver courteous, friendly guest service with a proactive, positive attitude (plus one service).
