Moss Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to support our growing team in Frisco. This role will be responsible for managing payroll, supporting employee benefits administration, and assisting with day to day HR administrative functions.

This position plays an important role in ensuring our employees are supported and that payroll and HR processes run smoothly as the organization continues to grow. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration
  • Process payroll for approximately 60 plus employees accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Coordinate with finance and leadership on payroll related reporting and updates
  • Address employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
Benefits Administration
  • Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate employee records
  • Support open enrollment processes and benefits communication
Human Resources Support
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire setup
  • Support HR administrative processes including policy updates and employee records
  • Help maintain HR compliance and internal documentation
Qualifications
  • 3 plus years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or a related role
  • Experience processing payroll for small to mid sized organizations
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, HR administration practices, and benefits coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
