Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a multi-functional organization including corporate, manufacturing, operations, sales, and eCommerce
  • Proven track record implementing HR initiatives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Expertise in employment law, employee relations, compensation, and talent management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management and culture initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics
  • Experience with compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy
  • Experience working with organizations of 200 to 500 employees or in a private equity-backed company (preferred)
