Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a multi-functional organization including corporate, manufacturing, operations, sales, and eCommerce
- Proven track record implementing HR initiatives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Expertise in employment law, employee relations, compensation, and talent management
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and culture initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics
- Experience with compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy
- Experience working with organizations of 200 to 500 employees or in a private equity-backed company (preferred)
