The City of Frisco is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to oversee the administration of the compensation/classification system. The analyst will conduct job audits, develop compensation strategies, and work collaboratively with Human Resources management to ensure compliance and integrity in HRIS processes.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and 5 years of HR experience. Proficiency with HRIS systems and a Certification in Compensation are preferred.
