Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques for either Non-IT and IT roles in the US market.
Experience:

Previous work with contact, contract to hire, and direct hire roles
Full Recruitment Life Cycle:
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US.
Expert Sourcing Techniques:
Proficiency in job portals, Linked In, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, social media, Boolean search, and X-ray search techniques.
Tax Terms Knowledge:
Expertise in W2, 1099, and C2C tax terms.
Action Plans/Recruiting Strategies:
Develop strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites.
Communication

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Recruitment Knowledge:
Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methodologies, and compliance regulations in the US job market.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals using social media platforms, participating in relevant industry forums, and joining relevant groups.
Sales and Negotiation:
Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills to effectively pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients and candidates.
