About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Experience Partner to own immigration service delivery and strategic compliance. This mid‑level individual contributor will report to the Manager – Employee Experience and partner closely with regional and global stakeholders across the People Team, business leaders, and external vendor partners to lead the immigration program, ensuring compliance and a great stakeholder experience. You will operate with significant autonomy and play a key role in advancing strategic immigration initiatives.

What

the Candidate Will Do
  • Tailor global immigration offerings to the specific talent needs while maintaining global consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to position immigration services as a key enabler of international talent priorities.
  • Proactively monitor regulatory changes and lead impact analyses; design and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant implementation of immigration policies while driving operational efficiency and a strong employee experience.
  • Lead immigration support for key projects such as new entity set‑up, maintaining legal readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational restructures.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex case matters; identify scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and contribute to global projects that support the broader immigration program and the evolution of global mobility services.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder education through training, documentation, and resources to increase program awareness and engagement.
  • Lead the regional relationship with immigration vendor, partner to execute strategy, ensure SLAs are met, and monitor invoices and billing.
  • Analyze program metrics to drive process improvements that increase speed, quality, compliance, and cost efficiency, including automation opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience with immigration cost and risk analysis.
  • At least 2 years of immigration strategy planning for green cards, L‑1s, H1

    Bs, labor market tests, F1, STEM OPT, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of immigration experience.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C‑level stakeholders.
  • Experience with job description updates for immigration purposes.
  • Experience managing external vendors within a large‑scale, outsourced global mobility program.
  • Experience in an in‑house corporate environment, across immigration, relocation, and tax.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence within a complex, global matrix organization using data‑driven insights.
  • Experience designing or evolving mobility and immigration programs.
