Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior operational and technical resource for KDP’s Talent Acquisition technology stack, focusing on iCIMS ATS and/or Eightfold CRM administration, configuration support, maintenance, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Support integrations and data flow between iCIMS, Hire Vue, Eightfold, Workday HCM, Service Now, and other recruiting or HR systems.
  • Configure and maintain user access, security roles, approval workflows, templates, fields, forms, and other system settings in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and applicable HR, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Lead or support enhancements, upgrades, release testing, and process changes, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, stakeholder communication, and change readiness support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, data quality, and process consistency through thoughtful use of existing recruiting technology and emerging tools, including Microsoft Copilot where appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors and internal partners to support effective management of third‑party recruiting technology partnerships.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain recruiting data and reporting from iCIMS and related systems to demonstrate operational effectiveness, identify trends, and inform process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits of requisitions, candidate records, dispositioning, source data, user access, workflows, and other Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Support data governance, process documentation, and reporting standards across recruiting systems.
  • Support bulk updates, configuration changes, template maintenance, and data clean‑up activities within iCIMS and adjacent platforms, ensuring changes are tested, documented, and communicated appropriately.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs that support recruiter productivity, requisition and pipeline health, compliance, candidate experience, and leadership decision‑making.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders, including operational scorecards, audit findings, process metrics, and system usage insights.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that help the team prioritize improvements, monitor adoption, and strengthen recruiting operations over time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business systems, analytics, system administration, and reporting.
  • Experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of iCIMS or Eightfold required.
  • Knowledge of Hire Vue, Visier, Workday, or similar platforms highly desirable.
  • Background in program management or process improvement a plus.
  • Experience as administrator of Eightfold or iCIMS preferred.
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information in a secure, dependable, timely, and responsible manner mandatory.
Total Rewards
  • Salary range: $76,400 – $118,000.
  • Benefits (subject to election and eligibility):

  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
