Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial advisor to executive management on all HR-related matters, driving organizational development and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Administer and manage employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the open enrollment process, including the communication and education of benefits information to employees.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of legislative changes.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to maintain compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee and resolve complex employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct and oversee investigations into employee relations issues, recommending and implementing appropriate actions.
- Drive the performance appraisal process, providing strategic guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Design and implement performance improvement plans to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify organizational training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
- Facilitate and lead training sessions on various HR-related topics, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong expertise in employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition and complex employee relations management.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
