Northwest Partners is supporting a major initiative with a top-tier organization in the mortgage technology space and is looking for an experienced Executive/Senior Recruiter to contribute to the success of this work. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, build proactive talent pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders across technical and business functions.
What YOU will do- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer and hire.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines through headhunting, Linked In sourcing, cold outreach, networking and other channels.
- Lead outbound recruiting strategies for hard-to-find technical and business talent.
- Recruit across software engineering, product management, design, customer, go-to-market, and corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, and assessment coordination.
- Track recruiting activity and performance metrics, including sourcing activity, interviews, and hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within an applicant tracking system.
- Support recruiting operations and compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Help strengthen recruiting processes and contribute to an effective talent function.
- Recruiting experience within a technology or startup environment is mandatory.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience recruiting engineers and product managers; experience across design, customer, or go-to-market functions is a plus.
- Strong Linked In sourcing and direct outreach skills.
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive candidate engagement.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable recruiting success, including sourcing activity, interviews, and hires.
- Ability to operate with speed and flexibility in a fast-paced organization.
- Excellent communication and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage medium-high volume of permanent requisitions.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (Ashby preferred or similar)
- Ability to work independently within a lean recruiting organization.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment three days per week (Mon, Tues and Thurs on site in Frisco, Dallas office).
