Location: Frisco, TX – Onsite 4 days a week
OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned TPM to lead a high-impact initiative focused on improving efficiencies in Cyber Ark ticketing processes for Just-In-Time (JIT) Access
. This role will partner closely with the automation and EPM teams to streamline access request workflows, enhance Service Now flows, and drive process improvements across the enterprise.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, technical product management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Ark, Service Now
, and JIT access workflows
. - Proven experience working with automation teams and enterprise platform management (EPM).
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at VP level and below.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and NPV modeling.
- Passion for customer-first design and continuous improvement.
