Key Responsibilities:

The Junior Associate Consultant is expected to participate and assist in large-scale/complex project(s), executing the following responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis:
• Assist with dynamic workshops and interviews to gather precise technical and functional requirements.
• Support in applying user-centric design methodologies, such as empathy maps, persona creation, and user journey mapping, to deeply understand user interactions and needs.
• Assist in producing detailed user stories and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in development of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for iterative feedback and solution refinement.
• Assist in formulating test cases from design documents to cover all functionalities and conduct usability tests to confirm solution efficacy and user satisfaction.
• Assist in formulating stakeholder reviews of test cases to secure early approval, setting a strong foundation for UAT scripts.
• Solution Configuration and Development:
• Assist in the configuration and customization of the cloud-based platforms using tools like Data Modeling, Formulas and Validation Rules to provide an optimal user experience.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Assist in validating functionalities against business requirements through test scenario execution.
• Coordinating and supporting in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
• Deployment, Transition, and Documentation:
• Responsible for functional configuration deployment and data migration.
• Assist in creating documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
• Organization Development:
• Operational Excellence:
• Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.
• Required to travel for key project milestones.

What you will bring:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of June 2026 or earlier.
• A strong understanding of Object Oriented Design, Data Structure and Programming (OOP/OOD) preferred.
• Strong understanding on writing queries in SQL, Oracle etc.
• Competent in using Excel or any data management tools.
• Preferred knowledge on Salesforce and other CRM software.
• Desire to learn business and technology.
• Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpersonal skills with a user-centric approach to problem solving.
• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in gaining real-world experience on enterprise-grade solutions.
• Ability to multitask, work independently as well as collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly express ideas verbally and in written across cross-functional teams.
