* Position Summary:

** The Business Data Analyst is responsible for converting enterprise data into actionable insights that support strategic, operational, and financial decision-making. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and maintain analytics, reporting, and performance measurement solutions across the organization.

The Business Data Analyst also supports the organization by developing
* Scorecards* KPIs
* Reporting structures

The position plays a critical role in advancing data maturity by ensuring data quality, building a scalable reporting infrastructure, and enabling business users through clear visualization and insight delivery. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, technical proficiency, business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset.
1. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
2. Gather and document business requirements to identify process and performance improvement opportunities.
3. Provide training and support to enhance data literacy, adoption, and effective use of reporting tools.
* Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data extraction.
* Experience with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
* Manufacturing or consumer goods industry experience preferred.
* Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 productivity applications.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or similar roles.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
* Ability to sit for extended periods.
* Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods.
