Key Skills- macOS troubleshooting (Recovery Mode, Apple Silicon, System Logs, File Vault)
- Jamf Pro (policies, profiles, enrollment, patching)
- Windows 10/11, Active Directory
- Bit Locker & File Vault support
- Imaging & deployment (Mac & Windows)
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- Level 2 Desktop / Field Services support
- Service Now ticketing (5+ tickets/day)
- Hardware/software installation
- Asset management & inventory control
- Data backup & restoration
- Smart hands & remote support
- 3+ years Desktop/Field Support experience
- Strong Mac hardware & OS troubleshooting
- Excellent communication & customer support skills
- Ability to work in fast‑paced onsite environment.
