Full-Time | Onsite - 5 days a week without exceptions
We’re hiring a Senior BI Analyst to join a globally recognized manufacturer of premium protective and performance equipment serving military, law enforcement, industrial, and consumer markets.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and analytics — partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to turn enterprise data into actionable insight.
What You’ll Do:- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and performance drivers
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards
- Develop scalable data models and automate reporting workflows
- Support centralized reporting and data warehouse initiatives
- Present insights clearly to cross-functional leadership
- 5+ years in data analytics / BI roles
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with reporting automation and ETL concepts
- Ability to translate data into business-focused insights
Manufacturing or consumer goods experience is a strong plus.
