Technical Operations Analyst II
Location:
Frisco, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

What You’ll Do:- Provide technical support for ATMs across NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, and more.
- Troubleshoot remotely and coordinate field service when needed.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues quickly.
- Document processes and support projects that enhance ATM functionality.
- Monitor ATM performance and maximize uptime in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience with NCR Full Function ATMs.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Excellent communication skills;
Spanish bilingual is a plus. - Ability to work after‑hours as needed.
