Job - Internal Project & Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension

Note

Role Summary

The Internal Project/Program Manager V will lead complex internal projects, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The role involves collaborating with business units and third-party vendors to implement solutions and address internal issues, with a focus on compliance, cybersecurity, and audit-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal projects to meet defined scope, time, budget, and quality goals.
  • Plan, control, and manage project activities and resources.
  • Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop, track, and manage remediation plans resulting from non-compliance.
  • Prepare status reports for outstanding issues and escalations.
  • Exercise judgment to determine when escalation of issues is necessary.
  • Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Lead large, cross-divisional teams or projects affecting long-term organizational objectives.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, or audit
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, track, and escape issues appropriately.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects
    .
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, operational policies, and processes.
  • PMP certification required.
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years in project management or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated mastery of relevant technologies, theories, or techniques.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions in complex organizational environments.
  • Independent judgment and decision-making.
  • Strategy development and implementation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional, multi-division environments.
  • Leadership of high-impact projects with long-term organizational effect.
