Yoh has an exciting contract opportunity for a Network Administrator to join a rapidly growing defense technology organization supporting enterprise infrastructure operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates within commuting distance of Frisco, TX for a fully onsite work environment.

Compensation: $50/hour (depending on experience level). Type:

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices and data center environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 networking technologies including VLANs, trunking, spanning tree, and port channels.
• Assist with administration of core, distribution, and access layer network architecture.
• Implement firewall updates, VPN configurations, NAT changes, and high-availability network support.
• Diagnose and resolve wired and wireless network connectivity issues in production environments.
• Support wireless networking infrastructure including SSID-to-VLAN mappings and performance troubleshooting.
• Execute network changes and upgrades in accordance with established change management processes.
• Monitor network health and proactively address performance or availability concerns.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and infrastructure documentation efforts.
• Collaborate with cloud, systems, and security teams to maintain secure and scalable enterprise environments.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2 networking concepts including VLANs, trunking, STP, and link aggregation.
• Experience supporting data center networking infrastructure and enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• Hands‑on experience administering enterprise firewalls including policy updates, VPNs, NAT, and HA configurations.
• Experience troubleshooting both wired and wireless enterprise networks.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing concepts.
• Experience performing production network changes in live operational environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX.

• Experience with Juniper switching technologies.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewall platforms.
• Exposure to dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP.
• Experience with enterprise wireless platforms including Aruba, Cisco, or Mist.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, PCNSE, NSE, or similar.
• Experience supporting secure, regulated, or mission‑critical environments.

Estimated Minimum Rate: $35.00. Estimated Maximum Rate: $50.00.
