Role Overview

We are seeking a results driven Sr. Manager, Marketing Data Platforms. In this role, you will help shape the future of customer-centric marketing by building and activating a 360-degree view of the customer. You will enable the audience and measurement strategy through data collection, connectivity, and enablement. You will scope audience and data requirements to enable seamless integration, activation, and optimization of customer data, empowering marketing teams to deliver personalized experiences across channels.

This is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX or at a commutable distance of one of our other hubs (San Jose, CA; New York, NY; Newport Beach, CA). The role requires onsite presence on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location. #LI-Hybrid

About the Role

Customer Data Enablement:
Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage customer data workflows within the High Touch CDP and integrated Mar Tech platforms. Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for audience segment management and activation in the CDP, CRM and Mar Tech ecosystem.

Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Act as the bridge between marketing, IT, and analytics teams, ensuring alignment of data strategies with business priorities and technical feasibility. Ensure accurate data ingestion, transformation, and activation of unified customer profiles across all global markets. Design and execute journey workflows for audience segments and marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership:
Manage a marketing data operations team to execute audiences, manage destinations, and ensure data quality and compliance.

Platform Migration & Integration:
Manage complex platform migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal data loss or disruption, especially moving between platforms or upgrading configurations. Collect and provide business requirements for data collection which may require client-side and server-side tracking solutions, offline feeds or APIs, balancing data accuracy, privacy compliance, and technical performance.

Implementation & QA:
Rigorously QA and debug tagging and analytics implementations during launches and ongoing maintenance. Work closely with business stakeholders, business systems, and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions to solve business problems. Ensure that marketing data is accurate and reliable, and develop processes to monitor and maintain data quality. Partner cross-functionally to develop necessary naming taxonomies for audience segments and campaigns to be utilized across platforms.

  • Develop scalable solutions to solve business problems with business stakeholders, systems, and engineering teams.
  • Maintain data quality through monitoring and process improvement.
  • Develop naming taxonomies for audience segments and campaigns across platforms.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing Audience, Data, and Analytics platforms.
  • Experience working for a subscription business preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of first-party data, identity resolution, and data models.
  • Led large-scale Mar Tech transformation projects in the past 5 years for a Fortune
    500 company.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing Marketing Operations debt through automation, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with Agentic AI in Marketing Tech or related fields with measurable impact and quantifiable goals.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing data platforms and partners such as High Touch, Live Ramp, Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, GA4, with hands‑on experience in advanced event tracking, funnel analysis, segmentation, and migrations.
  • Experience supporting audience segmentation and tag‑management needs.
  • Proficient at translating business and marketing requirements into system and data configurations and workflows.
  • Strategic thinking beyond immediate implementation, anticipating future platform needs based on industry trends (e.g., cookie‑less future, AI integration).
