We are seeking a Staff Engineer to serve as a technical leader across our platform, data, and automation systems. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to define technical direction, elevate engineering standards, and scale systems that directly impact business performance and client outcomes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with broad ownership across our core platforms and a unique opportunity to shape the future of engineering at Awarity.

Responsibilities

* Drive initiatives that improve both system performance and team velocity.

* Align technical decisions with business goals and client outcomes.

* Define and evolve architecture across:

* Campaign management systems.

* Performance dashboards.

* Data pipelines.

* Third-party advertising integrations (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon DSP, Basis DSP).

* Establish and enforce best practices for:

* Code quality.

* Testing and reliability.

* Observability.

* Mentor engineers across US and offshore teams.

Minimum Qualificiations

* 7+ years of software engineering experience.

* Proven experience operating at a senior or staff level.

* Strong backend engineering experience.

* Experience working with cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with advertising technology or marketing platforms.

* Experience with data pipelines, ETL, or analytics infrastructure.

* Experience working with global teams.
