Job Description:
- The Service Desk P1 Analyst is responsible for handling Priority 1 criticalbusinessimpacting incidents that affect production systems core applications or a large number of users The role requires rapid response clear communication strong technical troubleshooting and strict SLA adherence to restore services as quickly as possible
- Perform initial triage impact assessment and prioritization
- Ensure immediate acknowledgment of P1 tickets as per SLA
- Coordinate with L2L3 teams vendors and infrastructure teams for faster resolution
- Drive incidents until service restoration and formal closure
