Our client is seeking a seasoned technology leader to guide their Enterprise Architecture function and strengthen the architectural foundation that supports their long‑term business strategy.

In this role, the Senior Director will:

• Define meaningful KPIs to highlight the value of Enterprise Architecture, while mentoring both Domain and Solution Architects to excel in their craft.
• Drive alignment between business objectives, the future-state technology landscape, and multi‑year capability roadmaps.
• Optimize technology investments by promoting reuse, reducing complexity, and ensuring the IT ecosystem remains scalable and adaptable.
• Shape an enterprise-wide architecture framework that evolves with business needs and emerging technologies, ensuring standards and principles guide key decisions.
• Lead initiatives around application portfolio management, technology rationalization, lifecycle governance, and cost and risk optimization—embedding these into annual planning cycles.
• Support product and project teams by informing solution direction, assessing architectural impacts, refining conceptual designs, and ensuring detailed designs adhere to enterprise guidelines.
• Evaluate new technologies for business relevance and architectural impact, providing actionable recommendations and roadmaps when beneficial.

The ideal candidate brings:

• Deep expertise across major SDLC methodologies, spanning traditional, iterative, and Agile/Dev Ops practices.
• Significant experience across architecture domains including SaaS, cloud (IaaS/PaaS), APIs, microservices, automation, data and analytics, and modern integration patterns.
• A talent for translating complex technology topics into clear, actionable insights for business and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of business, financial, and operating models, along with experience in budgeting, risk analysis, and cost‑benefit evaluation.
• Proficiency in modeling techniques, tools, and architectural repositories.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels—including within outsourced or distributed environments.
• A proven track record of converting future-state business needs into architectural requirements and guiding teams toward that vision.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to knowledge‑sharing and talent development.

• Compensation Range: $240,000 – $264,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading an Enterprise Architecture organization.
• Typically 10+ years in IT and industry roles involving operational and strategic planning.
• At least a decade of experience spanning multiple technology disciplines such as application design, information architecture, integration, data management, middleware, or operations.
• Background working across diverse technology ecosystems and environments.
• Fluency in English at a native‑level professional proficiency.
• Experience operating in Agile and Dev Ops-driven environments.
