Job Description:

Are you a visionary networking leader ready to shape the future of enterprise infrastructure? We are seeking a Sr Director of Global Networking, where you will own the global network strategy, driving innovative zero-trust security, data center, and campus networks that power HPE's worldwide operations. You'll collaborate closely with cutting-edge R&D teams, influence product development, and lead a high-performing team to build a resilient, secure, and scalable network foundation.

* Be at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise networks, including data centers, campus, and WAN environments.

* Drive innovative zero-trust architectures and security strategies that protect critical business data worldwide.

* Partner directly with HPE Networking's R&D teams to pilot, test, and influence cutting-edge solutions like HPE Juniper and Aruba.

* Lead a dynamic, high-impact team in a role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on implementation-your work will be felt across the globe.

* Bring 3 different teams into one cohesive organization of roughly 50.

Experience and Skills:

* 10+ years of leadership in large-scale network infrastructure, with deep expertise in data center fabric, spine-leaf architectures, and campus networking.

* Proven experience in network security, zero-trust models, micro-segmentation, and secure remote access.

* Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.

* Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex, multi-region networks.

* Exceptional collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
