Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to analyse the organisation's efficiency by studying its needs, its business model, its workflows, and its technological systems. Recommend technical development projects that will improve business efficiency.

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Acts as a liaison between the business and the clients.
• Ensures timely completion of projects.
• Uses methods and metrics and tools to achieve business benefits and corporate goals in areas such as billing, production, workflow and customer relationship management.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management.
• 3+ years experience working as a Functional/Data or Business Analyst in an IT company.
• 3+ years of customer interfacing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of engineering concepts.
• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
