We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented
** Senior Lead, Product Management
** to drive product vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of products. This leadership role is responsible for aligning business objectives with customer needs, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep product management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology products in fast-paced environments.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** This position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco, TX location 4-5 days a week
*** Define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to organizational goals
* Own end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple products or platforms
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture
* Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into product initiatives
* Drive product planning, prioritization, and execution across engineering, design, and operations teams
* Establish and manage product governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks
* Oversee backlog management and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to inform product decisions
* Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
* Ensure successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy, adoption, and lifecycle management
* Identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
