Sr. Open Shift Engineer
The ideal Sr. Open Shift Engineer candidate for this role has to be a true engineer. They have the experience to mentor team members and take on challenging Open Shift related projects. They should have a high level understanding and troubleshooting skills to assist our Jr. and mid-level Open Shift engineers on Open Shift escalations.
Required SkillsOpen Shift, Container Platforms, Kubernetes, Linux, Red Hat, AWS, Azure, On-Prem, Public and Hybrid Cloud.
Job DutiesBe the escalation point for Jr. and Mid-level team members to assist with troubleshooting.
Review and interview Jr. and Mid-Level Open Shift candidates.
Design, implement and deliver infrastructure on container platforms such as Open Shift, Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
Automation scripting with Ansible, Perl, Bash, Shell or Python.
Job Requirements10+ Years of experience with Open Shift technologies.
8+ Years of experience with managing, implementing and upgrading Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AWS and Azure Cloud, and Open Shift Environments.
Red Hat Quay, Terraform & Vault Configuration.
Enterprise middleware platform experience with Oracle Web Logic, IBM Web Sphere, Red Hat and JBoss.
US Citizens and/or Green Card holders only.
Desired Skills & ExperienceIAM and security policy, RBAC experience; IT Security.
