IT Program Manager
Length of Assignment: 12 months, potential for extension/conversion depending on performance, attendance and business need
Estimated hours per week: 40 hours/week minimum

Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid)
- Product Ownership & Strategy:
Work with the commercial transformation program and curating the data required in accordance with companyEA standards. Own the Commercial D&A product from visualization through semantic layer and underlying data products. Define and maintain roadmap, and backlog aligned to commercial and sales objectives. Prioritize work based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical dependencies. Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, sales teams, and data engineering teams.
Ensure EA standards are met. Collaborate with other Product Owners across the D&A Agile Release Train to ensure consistency across companyBI delivery. Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to deliver analytics that drive revenue growth and field effectiveness. Manage intake and prioritization of BI requests across USRB. Support data and analytics needs related to Coffee Co and Bev Co spin initiatives. - Technical Leadership:
Provide hands-on product leadership across Snowflake data platform, Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers), semantic modeling, Power BI reporting and dashboard development. Partner with Information Architect and Data Management lead to ensure data strategy is adhered to for data lake ingestion and AI Ready data foundation. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. - Agile Delivery:
Operate within a SAFe Agile framework. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and PI planning activities. Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. Drive continuous improvement across D&A ART delivery processes.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to deliver analytics that drive revenue growth and field effectiveness.
- Manage intake and prioritization of BI requests across USRB.
- Support data and analytics needs related to Coffee Co and Bev Co spin initiatives.
- Business acumen in Direct Sales Delivery Commercial model
- Experience in Data & Analytics as a Technical Product Owner
- Experience in Client or commercial analytics environments
- Strong experience with Snowflake and/or Data Bricks;
Power BI semantic layer;
Medallion architecture implementation; semantic data modeling - Experience working in a SAFe Agile framework or similar
- Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Strong executive leadership presence with excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting commercial retail execution or commercial transformation initiatives
- Background in modern data platform transformation programs
