Operations management for complex/large projects with focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission.
• Understand client requirements and ensure the support team meets client expectations.
• Lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
• Bring new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
• Provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the given environment to lead to business results.

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
