Our client seeks a Systems Administrator to support, secure, and optimize enterprise IT operations. The role focuses on end-user support and endpoint deployment across Mac, Windows, and Linux, with responsibility for administration, asset management, and collaboration with infrastructure, network, and security teams.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on desktop and systems administration support for Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across end-user devices and server systems.
Administer user accounts, access control, and group policies using Active Directory and Azure AD.
Manage IT assets throughout the lifecycle including procurement, deployment, support, and decommissioning.
Participate in on-call rotation and perform maintenance activities outside business hours as required.
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to support enterprise IT operations and incident response.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years of experience in systems administration or enterprise desktop support.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity and access management tools.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, and endpoint security practices.
Familiarity with IT asset management platforms such as SNIPE, JSM, or JIRA.
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and off-hours maintenance windows.
Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF, and Power Shell scripting.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of ITIL practices for change, incident, and asset management.
Preferred:
Experience supporting remote and hybrid environments. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, or Cisco are a plus.
