IT Project Manager
I'm partnering with a highly regarded professional services organization that's looking to hire an IT Manager, Applications to lead the strategy, support, and evolution of its enterprise applications landscape.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence technology decisions, manage application roadmaps, and lead a growing team responsible for business-critical systems.
You'll work closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders, driving application improvements, modernizing processes, and ensuring the firm's technology continues to scale alongside the business.
What you’ll be doing :- Lead and mentor an applications team responsible for support, enhancements, and delivery
- Own the application lifecycle from planning and testing through implementation and ongoing support
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and improve business processes
- Manage vendors, budgets, roadmaps, and application-related projects
- Drive application security, governance, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience
- Previous experience leading technical teams
- Strong background supporting enterprise business applications
- Experience managing projects, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Microsoft business applications experience
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Finance, accounting, tax, or wealth management applications
- Citizen Development or Low Code/No Code initiatives
- Strong medical, dental and vision coverage
