IT QA Tester / Automation
We are seeking a Senior SDET Engineer with 5–7+ years of experience in QA Automation, Java, API Testing, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will design and maintain automation frameworks, ensure software quality, and collaborate with development and Dev Ops teams to support continuous testing.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
- Perform UI, API, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create test plans, test cases, RTMs, estimates, and schedules.
- Analyze requirements and identify test scenarios and risks.
- Manage defects, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and track quality metrics.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Dev Ops teams.
- Contribute to automation strategy and QA best practices.
- Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve productivity (preferred).
- 5–7+ years of SDET/QA Automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Karate, TestNG, Cucumber, Rest Assured, or Postman
. - Strong API Testing
, TDD/BDD
, and Agile experience. - Experience with JIRA and SQL (Oracle/Snowflake).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Grafana, or Prometheus
. - Knowledge of CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.
- AI-powered testing tools and prompt engineering.
- Cloud-native application testing.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
