Job Description:

Check with candidates that they have hands-on experience mainly in Terraform, GKE and relevant experience in GCP services (minimum 2 years).

• Provide L1 (Monitoring), L1.5 (Basic Dev and Incident Management), L2 (Complex Incident Management), L3 (Complex Dev) support
• New GCP service and/or pattern enablement and support through infrastructure-as-code standards (Terraform)
• CI/CD using cloud build
• Support onboarding of new GCP tenants and users for approved use cases
• GCP services lifecycle management, including coordination with centralized cloud services and various cloud data warehouse (CDW) and Dataiku tenant teams
• Developing and contributing to shared IaC modules for data analytics use cases and platform optimization initiatives
• Weekly IaC production GCP platform deployments, including but not limited to IAM, buckets, datasets, policies, networking, and application layer changes
• Development and refinement of dashboards for monitoring capacity planning, and platform resiliency
• Execute seven (7)-day annual stream CDW disaster recovery and regular password rotation exercises
• Assist with audit requests
• Implement automation and efficiency initiatives for platform stability and resiliency to meet the target for the platform health metrics
