Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking for passionate about building enterprise-scale data solutions and modern analytics platforms? We are looking for a Data Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of an enterprise Semantic Layer leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise semantic models using Microsoft Fabric
  , One Lake
  , Direct Lake
  , and Power BI
  .
• Build scalable, reusable, and governed semantic layers across Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Technology.
• Define enterprise standards for data modeling, certified datasets, reusable measures, and semantic model governance.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS),
  Object-Level Security (OLS), sensitivity labels, and enterprise governance policies.
• Ensure SOX-compliant data lineage, audit controls, and change management for financial reporting.
• Design integrations between Microsoft Fabric and BI platforms including Power BI
  , Tableau
  , Qlik Sense
  , Micro Strategy
  , Grafana
  , and Excel.
• Enable AI-driven analytics by integrating semantic models with Azure OpenAI
  , Anthropic Claude
  , and other LLM-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, establish best practices, and provide technical leadership across multiple work streams.

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture
  , Solution Architecture
  , or Analytics Engineering
  .
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric
  , Power BI
  , Semantic Layer Architecture
  , and Data Modeling
  .
• Experience with Direct Lake
  , One Lake
  , Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and Fabric Lake houses.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX
  , composite models, aggregation tables, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience implementing enterprise data governance, RLS, OLS, dataset certification, and metadata management.
• Strong understanding of SOX Compliance
  , audit controls, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience integrating third-party BI platforms and AI/LLM technologies with enterprise semantic models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution architecture skills.

• Experience working with FAANG, leading product-based, or top-tier technology companies

• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale data architectures and analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership experience driving architecture decisions and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
