To stop traffic and safely escort students from one location to another.

• Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED preferred
• Special Knowledge/
  
  Skills:
  
  Capable of responding calmly in emergency situations;
  Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English;
  Flexible and open to schedule change;
  Positive and encouraging person who maintains a good relationship with FISD staff and public;
  Must be willing to complete 4‑hour training class

• Stop traffic to escort students across the street.
• Complete traffic counts each semester.
• Report traffic problems to Frisco Police Department.

Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control. Prolonged standing, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm motions. Work outside. Moderate exposure to extreme temperature and vehicle fumes.
