6 days ago Requisition

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Inventory & Replenishment Planner, you will be responsible for inventory planning, replenishment execution, and forecast alignment across an omni-channel environment (B2B, B2B2C, B2C). This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy inventory positions, supporting in-stock performance, and balancing supply with demand across assigned categories. Working closely with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and external partners, you will identify risks and opportunities, support the SIOP process, and make recommendations that improve service levels, inventory productivity, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in replenishment, inventory planning, and demand forecasting, along with sound analytical judgment, systems proficiency, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. This is a hybrid work position, with a requirement to work out of our Frisco, TX office 2-3 days weekly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Replenishment Planning and Execution:

  • Own replenishment planning activities for assigned categories, ensuring inventory availability supports demand and customer service expectations.
  • Build and maintain item-level replenishment plans using sales trends, inventory positions, and demand signals to support timely product flow.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and external customers to align replenishment needs with inventory capacity and forecast changes.
  • Create and maintain weekly replenishment, inventory, and item planning reports for internal and external business partners.
  • Support replenishment execution needs such as purchase order management, buy plan updates, and exception handling for key accounts.
  • Monitor and re-trend sales and inventory forecasts across store and e-commerce channels to identify replenishment risks, stockout exposure, and excess inventory.

2. Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory position reporting and planning tools to support daily decision-making around on-hand inventory, inbound supply, and projected demand.
  • Execute inventory control processes that support in-stock goals, reduce overstock exposure, and improve the overall flow of goods through the business.
  • Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain teams to align inventory availability, inbound timing, and replenishment priorities with customer demand.
  • Monitor the flow of goods from inbound through customer fulfillment and communicate operational recommendations to internal and external partners to improve service execution.
  • Analyze inventory productivity and item performance to identify replenishment, allocation, and flow opportunities that improve inventory efficiency and customer service.
  • Manage inventory exceptions by re-trending inbound and outbound projections, identifying service or liability risks, and recommending corrective actions to maintain healthy inventory flow.

3. SIOP Support and Operational Forecast Alignment:

  • Support the SIOP planning process by maintaining forecast, inventory, and supply planning tools that translate demand signals into actionable replenishment and inventory plans by channel.
  • Partner with Account Management, Production, and Supply Chain teams through the SIOP cadence to align demand, inventory, and supply plans, resolve operational constraints, and support timely product flow.
  • Reforecast demand and inventory positions based on current sales, inbound visibility, and operational changes, highlighting exceptions and escalating service, supply, and inventory risks to leadership as part of the SIOP process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail, supply chain, or planning experience, including replenishment planning, inventory management, forecasting, and/or allocation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate…
