Responsibilities

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
Performing preventative maintenance
Handling basic repairs and maintenance
Other duties and projects that may be assigned based on operational needs

Qualifications

Must be friendly, punctual, reliable, and have the initiative to tackle projects
Previous maintenance experience required
