Overview

This role leads the development and execution of strategic learning and development plans to enhance organizational capabilities. It manages a team responsible for designing and delivering training programs aligned with business objectives. The role differentiates itself by integrating stakeholder collaboration and strategic oversight to prioritize impactful learning initiatives. Success is measured by the effective implementation of training projects that meet organizational goals and resource management.

The work supports organizational growth by ensuring workforce skills development aligns with strategic priorities and operational needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of learning strategies to achieve organizational development goals
  • Manage a team of learning professionals to deliver training programs that support business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational needs and priorities
  • Oversee project portfolios to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic plans
  • Secure and manage resources and budgets to support learning and development activities
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership to inform decision-making
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years Retail or related leadership experience. (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Professional training experience. (Preferred)

Compensation Information

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
