This is a direct hire job that will work onsite with a salary offering between $120K - $155K base + bonus/RSU getting you to a total compensation potential of $210K - $240K/year. Here are more details about this job:
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide site analysis and recommendations to real estate department and site acquisition personnel
* Lead due diligence activities, which would include review of surveys, soils and environmental reports
* Ensures that the construction assumptions and project risks have been identified and addressed
* Supervise the design/engineering consultants from initial due diligence through site plan approval and construction
QUALIFICATIONS
* 7+ Years of experience working with a large general contractor required
* Must have experience on projects with $10M - $20M budgets
* Experience managing budgets including forecasting, costs, and reporting
* Demonstrated experience with a full array of heavy construction combined with new and renovation type projects
* Able to travel 35% of the time
