What You'll Do:

As a Supervisor, you'll manage cleaning teams across multiple evening commercial locations and help ensure we deliver top-tier service every time. In addition to operations, this role could include daytime lead generation and sales outreach-and we reward initiative. Earn a commission for every new account you help bring in!

Your Responsibilities:

• Duties (3-4 hours/day) - Starting on Weekends, with Weekday opportunities
• Train and supervise cleaning staff to meet high standards
• Perform routine inspections and address service issues
• Ensure compliance with procedures, job cards, and budgets
• Step in as needed to support open shifts or challenges
• Lead with integrity and foster a strong team dynamic

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership background in janitorial or custodial environments
• Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning and floor care
• Comfortable handling HR-related responsibilities
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Reliable and consistent attendance record
